This policy explains how Escape Reality (ER 3D Works) ("we") handles personal data. Questions: support@escapereality.lk.

Enquiries

When you send a quote request we store your name, email, company, website and project details so we can reply and run the project. We keep this for as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting work, and up to 3 years for business records. We never sell your data.

Business outreach

We sometimes email businesses whose public contact details suggest our services may be relevant. We use only business contact details published on a company's own website. The legal basis is legitimate interest in B2B communication. Every message identifies us and includes a one-click unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe or ask us to stop, we add your address to a suppression list and never contact it again.

Analytics & cookies

This site doesn't use advertising cookies. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics from Cloudflare and Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam on our forms.

Processors

Our site and data are hosted on Cloudflare. Emails are sent using our email provider. Enquiry notifications may be delivered to our private Discord workspace.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing support@escapereality.lk.
